Minden

We are now in Minden. Arrived yesterday around noon with the equipement trailer and set up camp while we waited for Amy and the ponies to get here. All safe and sound. Today is the horse inspection at 3 PM and then a dressage lesson with Fred Freund driving Avalon and Ben. Michael has deserted us for this competition since he is in Conte, France at The World's Horse Pair Driving Championships with the American Team. The show gounds in Minden are very flat and just as in Veirnheim, pretty tight. All eight hazards are in one field and very close...plus Michael calls these "pony" hazards, in other words very tight turns....we will start to walk later today so we shall see.....
